2005 OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN PR AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. TO ENTER: To enter the Makes Your Life Easier!™ Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) online, select the “Enter for a Chance to Win $1000 worth of House Cleanings” link at www.ocedar.com beginning November 15, 2005 at 12:01 A.M. CST and ending October 31, 2006 at 11:59 P.M. CST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Fill out the entry form in its entirety and click on the “Submit” icon to submit the form. To enter by mail, legibly hand-write your name, mailing address, and daytime phone number on a piece of paper at least 3” x 5” and mail it to Makes Your Life Easier!™ Sweepstakes c/o Freudenberg Household Products LP, P.O. Box 3210, Northlake, Illinois 60164. All entries must be postmarked or sent electronically during the Sweepstakes Period and received by November 7, 2006. Limit one entry per person. Freudenberg Household Products LP (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates any of the rules of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, or any other problems related to web site entries, or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, mutilated or postage due entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the online portion of the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. residents (except P.R.) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor, Merry Maids LP (“Prize Provider”), their respective parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and suppliers (“Sponsor and its agents”) and their immediate family members and/or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
3. PRIZE DRAWINGS: Once the Sweepstakes Period ends, all Sweepstakes entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into a drawing to be held on or about December 15, 2006. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
4. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: Sponsor will award one hundred (100) prizes. Each prize consists of one (1) gift card ("Gift Card") good for $1000.00 worth of house cleaning services. (Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize: $1,000.00; Total ARV of all one hundred (100) prizes: $100,000.00). Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes that apply to the prizes. Each winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the value of the prize. Prizes are redeemable at participating Merry Maids locations in the United States. If a winner requests Prize Provider to provide house cleaning services beyond the value of the Gift Card, winner will be responsible for additional payment to Prize Provider. Prizes are limited to house cleaning services offered by Prize Provider. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. No cash or other substitution of the prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if the advertised prizes become unavailable, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. No prize transfers. The prizes will be awarded.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each winner will be notified by e-mail and regular mail approximately 30 days after each drawing date. Return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release, which must be returned fifteen days after the notification date or prize will be forfeited. If winner is 18 or older as required but a minor in his or her state of residence, winner’s parent or legal guardian must sign all required releases and consents. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online participant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account specified on the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No automatically generated entries will be accepted.
6. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by participants to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at www.ocedar.com. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants may receive additional e-mail communication or promotions from Sponsor. If participant does not wish to receive future e-mails from Sponsor, please contact Sponsor at www.ocedar.com or by regular mail to: Makes Your Life Easier!™ Sweepstakes, PO Box 3210 Northlake, IL 60164.
7. GENERAL: By entering, participants agree to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules, the decisions of the judges and Sponsor’s privacy policy; (b) to be contacted by Sponsor by e-mail or mail; and (c) to release the Sponsor and its agents and the independent judging organization from any and all liability with respect to the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession and use of any prize, including without limitation (1) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (2) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the prize or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (3) any printing or typographical error in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor’s and the judges’ decisions in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, for any reason, particularly in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised, without liability to the entrant. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Except if winner is a resident of TN or otherwise where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, winners consent to the use of their name, photo and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in all media worldwide without additional compensation. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of the prizes. Sweepstakes is governed by Illinois law and all claims must be resolved in the state and/or federal courts in Cook County, Illinois.
